1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Sn1P3r Flip 7 ("Software"), operated by BTech Cambodia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Product Description

Sn1P3r Flip 7 is an automated Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5. It is a Grid Martingale trading system featuring:

  • Level 2 Flow Engine (Market State Detection)
  • Adaptive Pip Step & Take Profit
  • Sniper Entry Zones
  • Risk Management (Drawdown Limit, Daily Loss Limit)

IMPORTANT: This Software performs automated trading. You acknowledge that algorithmic trading involves significant risk.

3. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software based on your purchase:

  • Personal License: Valid for specific trading account(s).
  • Usage: You may use the Software on your personal computers or VPS.

Restrictions:

  • Do not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Software.
  • Do not share your License Key.

4. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

High Risk Warning: Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

"As Is" Basis: The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profit or specific results.

  • We are not responsible for any trading losses.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk settings.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Broker & Payment Risks

We extensively test payment withdrawal/deposits on our real accounts with supported brokers to ensure compatibility.

However, we are NOT a broker.

  • We do not handle your funds, deposits, or withdrawals.
  • We are not responsible for any issues related to your broker (e.g., withdrawal delays, slippage, insolvency, or frozen funds).
  • You are solely responsible with broker.

6. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Because the Software is a digital product and license keys are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.

  • No refunds for change of mind.
  • No refunds for trading losses or market performance.
  • No refunds for technical incompatibility if you did not verify requirements beforehand.

Please ensure the Software meets your needs before purchasing.

7. Privacy

We collect your Name, Email, License Key, and Trading Account Number to validate your license. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate your license if you:

  • Share your license key publicly or with others.
  • Attempt to crack, decompile, or bypass the licensing system.
  • Refund or chargeback your purchase.
